About this role
- Single point of contact for customer issue handling
- Own end to end customer complaint handling
- Submission of interim action / corrective action / Permanent action based on customer guidelines
- Conduct CAPA/A4 for major customer issues
- Analytical quality internal & external problem.
- Maintain Customer scorecard & action against low rating
- To Control and check Customer return rejection /PPM / COPQ
- Submission of SMIR & 4M on monthly basis
- Responsible for Internal & External audits & NC closers
- Monitor in Process & outgoing quality to reduce customer compliant
- Data analysis and action in process concern & PDI concern
- Maintain document related to IATF, VSA / QMS
- Knowledge of VSA audit
- Process & Product auditing and NC reporting
- Documentation and control PPAP, APQP etc
- Revision of documents based on requirements
- Review and control of Procedures
- MRM & MIS preparation
- Training related to CTQ / customer defects to employee
- Develop, maintain & update QMS documents, SOP, WI etc
- Coordinate external training & Audits
- Follow up and closer of audit NCs
- Line patrolling
- Line troubleshooting handling & Correction
- Having good knowledge of Quality tools / Core tools / SAP etc
