About this role
Study / review layoutplans for all drainage and water supply systems, Fire protection systems forall residential and commercial buildings.
Coordination withInterdepartmental staff, consultants and contractors for all PHE / FPSassociated work.
Coordinate theactivities between various contractors and subcontractors Reviewand certify PHE/ FPS measurement sheets or bills of the contractors.
Monitor installationand perform tests on various water and sewage lines for all residential andcommercial buildings.
Perform regularinspection of all materials and works for all PHE / FPS activities.
Raise Non-ConformanceReports in case of deviations from specifications orindustry best practices.(Technical audits on site for quality monitoring)
Coordination with thein-house MEP department on project Electrical or Mechanical issues
Monitoring of theplumbing works on site whether for bldg. or for external works (Incl. watersupply and drainage) and firefighting works.
Reporting of anymaintenance problem to department HOD (related to plumbing / f.f. Materials andworkmanship.)
Working outquantities of plumbing or firefighting systems for working out costing ofplumbing and firefighting budgets based on available drawings.
Planning &Monitor the day to day work of Firefighting and plumbingcontractors / sub-contractor on site.
