AM & Manager - Shift Incharge (Machining) - Production

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee the operation of CNC machines, HMCs, VMCs, SPM machines, and special purpose machines to ensure efficient production processes.
• Implement cycle time reduction initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor machine shop performance metrics such as capacity calculation and shift planning to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 8-20 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with expertise in gear hobbing operations.
• Strong understanding of CNC machines (CNC), HMC (Horizontal Machining Center), VMC (Vertical Machining Center) & SPM (Special Purpose Machine).
• Proficiency in daily production planning, cycle time reduction techniques, and shift planning software tools.
