• Should have knowledge in basic automobile/commercial vehicles.
  
• Should possess good communication skills.
  
• Should have Good Technical /Analytical skills.
  
• Should have team leading skills.
  
• Should be good at Time management.
  
• Should be familiar with Preventive maintenance procedures to upkeep the fleet availability.
  
• Should be Familiar with Workshop & Quality Management systems.
  
• Should be familiar with parts indenting & warehouse management.
  
• Well verse with excel, google sheets , reports & analysis.
  
• Should understand Driver Management.
  
• Should know Hub operations, vehicle planning etc.
