Education: MBA in HR / masters in business psychology (Hospitality experience preferred)
About the Role
We are seeking an L&D professional with expertise in digital learning content creation and LMS management. The role involves designing engaging, AIenabled learning experiences, transforming SOPs and business knowledge into interactive modules, and driving learner engagement at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Learning Content Creation
- Develop elearning modules, microlearning videos, infographics, playbooks, and gamified learning activities using AI tools.
- Convert SOPs, policies, and product knowledge into learnerfriendly digital content.
Learning Experience Design
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Build scenariobased learning and simulations to improve knowledge retention.
Content Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain digital content libraries and version control.
- Refine learning assets based on analytics and learner feedback.
LMS Management
- Manage endtoend LMS operations including course creation, deployment, user assignments, and troubleshooting.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with SMEs, business leaders, and crossfunctional teams to design rolespecific learning solutions.
- Lead TraintheTrainer programs and develop trainer guides, participant manuals, and SOPs.
Candidate Profile Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, or multimedia content creation.
- Handson experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity).
- Proficiency in content creation platforms (Canva, Gamma, Beautiful.ai, Adobe Express) and video tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, Vyond).
- Experience with elearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360).
