Experience Required

• Total Experience: Min 2 years of hands-on human resources experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment.
• Onboarding & Induction Management: Demonstrated experience handling large-volume employee onboarding, delivering new-hire orientations, and coordinating structured departmental induction tracks with cross-functional leaders.
• Employee Engagement & Culture Execution: Proven track record of supporting and executing employee engagement programs, milestone celebrations etc.
• Learning & Development (L&D) Support: Exposure to assisting in L&D initiatives, including content creation, workshop facilitation, training coordination, and internal capability-building sessions.

Skill Set

• Onboarding & Facilitation: Strong command over public speaking and classroom/virtual facilitation, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and deliver compelling, structured new-hire inductions
• High-Energy & Approachability: A welcoming, energetic, and employee-centric demeanour to ensure new joiners feel immediately integrated and supported.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Clear, articulate verbal and written communication skills for effective facilitation, cross-team coordination, and internal employer branding.
• Attention to Detail & Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple recurring deliverables (such as thrice-weekly inductions, fortnightly trainings, and ongoing culture touchpoints) without letting quality slip.
• Presentation & Documentation Tools: Proficiency in creating clean, visually appealing training decks and collateral using PowerPoint/Canva/AI tools.
