Detailed Job Description

• 6+ years of experience post MBA / PGDM.
• Training and Development / Learning and Development (L&D), HR Operations, Content Creation, Performance Management, Program Management.
• Experience in Instructional Designing.
• Training and Analysis, Succession Planning
• Delivery and execution of Training Program.
• Employee Engagement experience. Accountabilities Support COE Head in determining Talent Review Guideline.
• Prepare Talent related MIS and Project Management report
• Periodical review and monitor progress of Organization wide Succession Planning program and document.
• Development Identification and Individual development plan.
• Other Specific Remarks / Additional Requirements - General shift, Every Month 1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday working.
