Hiring: Hospital Application Support Engineer | Gurugram

Experience: 25 years
Qualification: B.Tech / BCA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support and troubleshooting for HIS, EHR/EMR, LIS, PACS and hospital modules.
• Manage system upgrades, user access, roles and permissions.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support application deployment, documentation and end-user training.
• Ensure data security, confidentiality and compliance with DPDP and healthcare accreditation requirements.
• Provide support during critical incidents, including rotational on-call duties.

Required Skills:

• Experience in healthcare IT application support, preferably in a hospital environment.
• Knowledge of hospital systems such as OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Lab and Radiology.
• Familiarity with HL7 and healthcare data workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to systems such as Akhil Systems, MyHealthcare, IT Dose or KareXpert is preferred.
