Detailed Job Description JD:

• We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Assistant Manager with 2-6 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support the organization's financial management and statutory compliance requirements.
• The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, cash flow management, project accounting, MIS reporting, and coordination with auditors and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Monitor cash flow and support effective working capital management.
• Review bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of ledger balances.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
• Monitor project-wise costing, expenses, budgets, and budget utilization.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Manage vendor-related accounting activities and payments.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounts team.
• Ensure adherence to company accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards.
• Identify discrepancies in financial records and ensure timely resolution.
• Support management in financial decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting.

• Additional Requirements:
• Candidate should have 2-6 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESIC is required.
• Experience with Tally Prime, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel is mandatory.
• Exposure to project accounting, project-wise costing, budgeting, and cost control will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Design & Build, Interior Fit-Out, Construction, or other project-based organizations will have an added advantage.
• Candidate should possess good leadership, analytical, communication, and team-management skills.
