AM/ DM -Quality

• Conduct real-time inspections during different stages of manufacturing to ensure compliance with
• quality standards, specifications, and procedures,
• Detect and report defects or non-conformities in products or processes, and work with production
• teams to address and resolve these issues immediately
• Develop and execute quality control plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and checklists to
• ensure consistent inspection and adherence to quality standards
• Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for
• improvement.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain detailed inspection records, generate quality reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders
• on quality performance and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all quality processes comply with industry standards, ISO 9001 & customer requirements
  • Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the quality process and manufacturing process inspection
  • with the relevant manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in using quality tools such as FMEA, RCA, etc
