Position: Deputy Manager - Planning

Qualification: B.Tech - Civil/ NICMAR/RICS - Construction Management

Location: Ludhiana

Job Responsibility:

Project Planning & Scheduling: Prepare, update & monitor detailed project Schedules, Including baseline programs, construction activities, Milestones, and completion targets.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly track actual site progress against planned schedules, identify deviations and highlight critical activities affecting project completion.

Delay Analysis & Recovery: Analyze reasons for project delays, prepare catch - up/recovery plans, and coordinate with concerned teams to achieve planned targets.

Coordination & Resource Planning: Coordinate with Construction, engineering, procurement, Contracts & Subcontractor teams to ensure timely availability and optimum utilization of Manpower, Materials, Machinery & Resources.

Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily, weekly & Monthly progress reports, S-curves. progress dashboards, & management MIS with clear analysis of Planned vs Actual Performance.

Look Ahead Planning: Prepare short term & Medium term look ahead plans & Communicate activity targets to site execution teams.

Critical Path Management: Monitor Critical and near critical activities, identify potential bottlenecks and take proactive measures to minimize schedule impact.

Client/Consultant Coordination: Support planning meetings with clients, consultants, and Management and provide accurate schedule updates, forecasts & progress data.

Project Completion: ensure effective planning & Coordination for timely completion of project milestones, handover activities, and overall project completion within the approved schedule.
