AM/DM LAS Operations

Dear Candidate,

We are currently hiring for an LAS (Loan Against Securities) Operations role with a leading financial services organisation in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end LAS operations, including account opening, lien/unlien, pledge/unpledge and fund disbursement.
• Processing margin pledge/unpledge, G-Sec forms, Demat/Remat and EOD activities.
• Working on interest calculation, debit notes and regular MIS.
• Ensuring real-time system updates and maintaining operational records.
• Preparing shortfall mails and coordinating with RM, RMS, DP, Settlement and Accounts teams for smooth execution.
• Supporting loan closure through interest calculation and coordination with RMs.
• Handling MIS, audit-related activities and other operational projects as required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in LAS / Loan Against Securities Operations.
• Good understanding of Credit, securities pledge/unpledge and lending operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in working with financial services / NBFC / broking / wealth management environment will be preferred.
