AM/DM-Finance-Forecasting/Plant Accounting || Noida || Max. CTC 15LPA

Role & responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Lead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting process across all departments.
• Monitor budget performance, analyse variances, and provide strategic insights to management.

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Oversee daily financial operations of two plants including billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cost accounting
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage external audit processes.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Manage the team of 3~5 people (Team handling experience is must).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance frameworks, and tax regulations.
• Proficient in ERP system (SAP).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
