AM/DM- Finance & Accounts

Ujalaa Milk Producer Company Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced AM/DM Finance & Accounts to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, statutory compliance, audits, budgeting, reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
• Ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and provide required documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
• Review accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for finance-related requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in audit coordination and financial analysis.
• Strong MS Excel and accounting/ERP software skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Eligibility

• Qualification: CA / CMA
• Experience: 4 - 10 years in Finance & Accounts
• Candidates with experience in FMCG, Dairy, Manufacturing, Agriculture, or related industries will be preferred.
