AM/DM - Facade

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end faade execution for residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Review and coordinate faade drawings, shop drawings, material specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and project teams for timely execution.
• Monitor quality, workmanship, materials and installation as per approved specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design, safety and project standards.
• Track project progress, identify execution issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate material approvals, mock-ups, inspections and testing.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, BOQ, specifications and applicable standards.
