About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support Oracle NetSuite implementation, configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
Understand business requirements and coordinate customisation of existing Oracle NetSuite processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Purchase, Sales, Operations, and IT.
Provide application, database, and system troubleshooting support.
Ensure accurate and consistent data within the ERP system.
Provide user training on key NetSuite modules, including P2P, O2C, Finance, etc.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Support ERP controls, risk management, and data security requirements.
