Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Business Development (LATAM)
Location: Corporate Office, Vadodara
Experience: 5-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Out-Licensing opportunities across LATAM markets.
• Support In-Licensing activities, particularly for Chile & Mexico.
• Work closely with LATAM Country Heads to drive business growth and effectiveness.
• Provide market intelligence and analytical insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and key regional projects.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.

Desired Profile

• Experience in LATAM pharmaceutical markets is mandatory.
• Proven ability to independently initiate, negotiate, and close business deals.
• Strong understanding of licensing, distribution, and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• In-Licensing experience will be an added advantage.
