AM - Direct Tax

Proven track record in:

• Handle direct tax compliance and advisory assignments for clients.
• Prepare and review income tax returns, tax computations and tax workings.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act.
• Handle TDS/TCS compliance, including returns, reconciliations and related matters.
• Assist in tax audits and preparation of Form 3CD and related tax audit documentation.
• Review tax positions and identify potential tax risks and exposures.
• Assist with income tax assessments, notices and responses to tax authorities.
• Conduct research on tax provisions, circulars, notifications and judicial precedents.
• Support clients on tax planning and advisory matters.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for information and documentation.
• Prepare detailed tax reports, presentations and advisory notes.
• Ensure timely completion of assignments and maintain proper documentation.
