- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and manage ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing campaigns to improve brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Drive lead generation through online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute campaigns targeting NRI customers and Pan India markets.
- Manage branding, public relations, media planning, and promotional activities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize marketing budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to implement innovative marketing strategies.
