AM- Business Support & Program Management

Key focus areas:

• Coordinate with internal functions (Operations, IT, Compliance, Underwriting,
  Claims) to ensure seamless partner experience.
• Track issue logs and closure timelines for partner or sales escalations.
• Support onboarding and system enablement of new partners.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and reporting.
• Support audit preparedness and ensure adherence to process guidelines
• Maintain repository of business SOPs, policies, and process updates
• Maintain and publish daily, weekly, and monthly business dashboards for
  sales performance, partner metrics, and key KPIs
• Prepare Incentive computation for the team

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Graduate/ Post graduate with experience in project management role
• Accurate and timely MIS, and reports.
• Issue resolution turnaround and partner support efficiency.
• Assistance with Billing and Payments
• Display ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders.
