AM - Business Development {Diaphragm & Diavents - Automotive Segment}

Job Role: This role focuses on Lead Generation, Market expansion, Relationship management, and Strategic planning, ensuring alignment with Business Goals and Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities & Functions:

• Identify, Research, and Develop New Business opportunities across Diaphragm & Diavents for automotive segments.
• Maintain and Grow relationships with Key Stakeholders.
• Manage full Sales Pipeline from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop and Execute Growth Strategies.
• Meet Sales targets, track KPIs, and collaborate with Senior leadership to report progress.
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align Business Opportunities with Strategic goals.
• Conduct continuous Market research to identify Gaps, Trends, and Opportunities in Diaphragm & Diavents segments.
