Aluminium Induction Furnace Operator/Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate aluminum induction furnaces to produce high-quality castings.
  
• Monitor and control the melting process, ensuring optimal temperature and chemical composition.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall efficiency.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience operating an aluminum induction furnace or similar equipment.
  
• Strong understanding of metallurgy principles, including heat treatment processes.
  
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications accurately.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, including bearings, gears, and motors.
