Alteryx Developer

We are looking for a hands-on Alteryx Developer with strong experience in data automation, data transformation, reporting and visualization within a banking or financial services environment.
The role will focus on building and automating data workflows for regulatory, finance, risk, compliance and management reporting, with strong emphasis on data accuracy, reconciliation and auditability.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop workflows using Alteryx Designer.
• Automate manual data processing and reporting activities.
• Build workflows for:
o Data extraction.
o Data cleansing.
o Transformation.
o Reconciliation.
o Validation.
o Reporting.
• Support regulatory and management reporting requirements.
• Automate daily, monthly and periodic reporting processes.
• Develop reusable Alteryx Macros and workflows.
• Work with multiple data sources including databases, Excel, CSV and flat files.
• Perform data-quality checks and exception reporting.
• Build automated reconciliation between source systems and reporting outputs.
• Support SIT, UAT and production deployment of Alteryx workflows.
• Monitor scheduled workflows and troubleshoot production issues.
• Maintain workflow documentation, data mappings and reporting logic.
Must-Have Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer.
• Alteryx workflow development and automation.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Data quality identification, data cleansing, data transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Experience in regulatory (central bank) reporting framework and reports submission.
• Experience in finance, risk management, payments, and online channels transactions reporting.
• Banking / Financial Services experience.
• Good understanding of reporting controls and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of Finacle core banking database Vs10 or Vs11.
• Oracle Apex development skills.

• Alteryx Server / Designer / Gallery.
• Alteryx Macros / Batch Macros.
• Power BI / Tableau.
• Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL databases.
• Python.
• Data warehouse / ETL experience.
• Experience automating Excel-based reporting processes.
• Knowledge of IRIS solution.
