Alteryx Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Development: Design, build, and maintain robust Alteryx workflows to support complex data transformation, reporting, and process automation.
• Advanced Tooling: Leverage Alteryx analytical apps, macros, and mailing tools to streamline and optimize business processes.
• Visualization & AI Integration: Utilize Power BI for interactive visualizations and apply Generative AI (GenAI) prompt engineering to develop innovative, intelligent automation solutions.
• End-to-End Delivery: Independently manage and monitor automation pipelines, ensuring high-quality, end-to-end delivery of business use cases.
• Client Collaboration: Act as a technical subject matter expert during client discussions, requirements gathering, and presentations.
• Process Optimization: Partner with cross-functional teams (including business analysts, developers, and project managers) to identify process bottlenecks and propose automated solutions.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain thorough technical documentation and adhere to version control standards for all development projects.
• Troubleshooting: Provide timely support to troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve issues within existing Alteryx workflows.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Alteryx Expertise: Proven track record in developing advanced Alteryx workflows, macros, and analytical apps. An Alteryx Core Certification is mandatory.
• GenAI & Visualization: Practical experience utilizing GenAI prompts for automation and building dashboards in Power BI.
• Programming: Foundational Python scripting skills for automation tasks are highly preferred.
• Domain Knowledge: Prior experience executing analytics or automation projects within the financial services domain.
