ALM Techno functional analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize Polarion solutions, including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Build Polarion extensions, plugins, widgets, and live reports using Java, JavaScript, APIs, and Apache Velocity.
• Configure and administer Polarion artifacts such as Work Items, Documents, Plans, Test Runs, Permissions, and Traceability.
• Integrate Polarion with enterprise applications, preferably Siemens Teamcenter/PLM, and support upgrades, defect fixes, and performance improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, contribute to testing and releases, and provide technical guidance and development standards.
• Establish development best practices and provide technical guidance that strengthens solution quality and long-term sustainability

Job Requirements :

• 4–8 years of Polarion ALM development, configuration, customization, and support experience.
• Strong expertise in Polarion workflows, work items, live reports, dashboards, forms, APIs, and extensions.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, Apache Velocity, SQL, and Polarion plugin/extension development.
• Experience integrating Polarion with Teamcenter/PLM and other enterprise systems, plus solution design and technical analysis.
  Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; AI solution exposure is a plus.
