Must-Have

Experience in Core Java Development experience (Servlets, Plug-Ins).
Develop and customize Polarion ALM workflows, forms, and reports.
Configure Polarion work items, LiveDocs, and traceability links.
Design and maintain Polarion reports and dashboards.
Implement custom scripts, extensions, and plugins using Java, JavaScript, or Velocity.
Integrate Polarion with external tools (e.g., Teamcenter, JIRA, SAP/HANA, Git, MATLAB).
Working knowledge of development environments like Eclipse, NetBeans, Visual Studio, VSCode. Basic Knowledge in Subversion and PostgreSQL.

Good-to-Have:

Good communication and client interaction Team skills.
Polarion Administration and Maintenance experience.
Knowledge in C#, Python Scripting.
Experience in Web Technologies (AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, NodeJS etc.).
Experience in Webservices and REST API concepts.
Experience working with Agile Scrum.
