Alliant/RPREP/RRDM Application Consultant

Role summary

Support revenue calculation, compliance and data-processing applications including Alliant, RPREP and RRDM.

Must-have skills

• Revenue or financial-calculation platforms
• Calculation models and formula troubleshooting
• Data staging, reconciliation and SQL analysis
• Integration and batch support
• Financial-close support

Key responsibilities

• Resolve calculation and data discrepancies
• Support data staging and compliance routines
• Troubleshoot model and formula issues
• Assist during close periods
• Coordinate with finance, integration and vendor teams

Project-specific requirements

• Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.
• Willingness to work in the assigned IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business users, HMH Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
• Ability to create and maintain runbooks, KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
• Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
• Availability for close-cycle support and high-priority financial-calculation incidents.

Ability to reverse-engineer limited-documentation processes and produce clear support artefacts.
