Alliance ,Channel Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete IT sales lifecycle including lead generation, prospecting, solution positioning, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise, PSU, BFSI, and government customers
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions aligned with business objectives
• Manage key accounts to ensure long-term customer retention, renewals, and upselling
• Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFQs, techno-commercial proposals, and pricing strategies
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and margin objectives
• Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools
• Identify new market opportunities, OEM alliances, and channel partnerships
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts in coordination with technical teams
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of IT solutions including SOC, Cloud, Data Center, Networking, Security, Software, and IT Services
• Proven experience in enterprise and B2B sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience with government tenders, GeM portal, and large enterprise deals (preferred)
• Strong strategic account management and relationship-building abilities
