Algorithm Engineer (AI/ML/Algo)

Job Description / Preferred Qualifications

• Own AI / algorithm (ML, DL, LLMs) solutions
• Influence AI roadmap aligned with product and business goals
• Actively contribute hands-on to design, development, and implementation of AI solutions
• Own delivery of AI solutions-from research and prototyping to production deployment
• Guide architecture and design of AI systems integrated into Frontline products
• Drive adoption of advanced AI techniques (LLMs, RAG, Generative AI)
• Collaborate closely with software, product, and application teams
• Mentor engineers and grow technical leadership within the team
• Ensure high engineering standards, scalability, and production readiness

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Deep Learning/ Algorithm development
• Strong hands-on experience developing and delivering AI/ML solutions (required)
• Strong background in ML/Deep Learning (coding and system design)
• Strong software engineering skills (Python, C++ or similar)
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
