Job Title: Algo Promotion Manager

Location: Mumbai

The role will be responsible for leading the growth and adoption of Algo Trading products across the partner and customer ecosystem. The role will be responsible for driving pan-India business performance, enabling sales teams and partners, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing penetration of Algo products across the broking network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive pan-India adoption, revenue, and growth of Algo Trading products.
• Partner with Zonal Heads, Regional Teams, and Sub-Broker partners to improve product penetration and client activation.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Algo offerings across channels.
• Track business performance, product adoption metrics, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct partner and sales team enablement sessions to increase awareness and usage.
• Gather market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to support product enhancement.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams to drive execution and scale.

Who you are:

• 5-8 years of experience in Broking, Capital Markets, FinTech, Product Distribution, or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of broking operations, Sub-Broker/Partner business models, and trading products.
• Good understanding of Algo Trading products, APIs, automated trading solutions, and market participants.
• Proven ability to drive business growth through stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and execution skills.

• Growth in Algo product adoption and revenue.
• Increase in active Algo traders and partner participation.
• Improved penetration across Zones, Regions, and Partner networks.
• Effective execution of national growth initiatives and business plans.
