Role Summary:
Responsible for monitoring network alarms, identifying issues, and escalating incidents to ensure smooth network operations. Requires basic telecom/network monitoring knowledge and ability to work in 24 7 shifts.
What Youll Do:
- Monitor network alarms using monitoring tools/NMS
- Identify and escalate network issues to appropriate teams
- Work in a 24 7 rotational shift environment
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Basic understanding of telecom networks / network monitoring
- Knowledge of alarm monitoring tools / NMS
- Basic knowledge of network concepts (IP, routers, switches)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Ability to work in 24 7 rotational shifts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Computer Science / IT
- Diploma candidates with relevant exposure may also be considered
