Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

more than 3-5) • Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and at least 2+ modules among: • • RTCDP (Real-Time CDP) • • CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) • • AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) • • ODE (Offer Decisioning Engine) • Deep understanding of XDM schema, identity stitching, data ingestion (batch/streaming), and source/destination connectors. • Proficiency in Java and REST APIs for system integrations. • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus (for transition mapping). • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Edge Network, Tags, Web/Mobile SDKs, and Event Forwarding. • Familiarity with data modeling, data governance, consent/privacy management.

Experience in automated testing tools, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong communication and collaborative skills in agile delivery environments
