Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Strong background in systems programming (C/C++)
• Deep expertise in: + Operating system internals (kernel architecture) + Concurrency and synchronization + Memory management and process scheduling + Proven experience in kernel development (AIX, Linux, or UNIX-like OS) + Familiarity with IBM Power Systems / virtualization (LPAR, PowerVM) + Strong ownership mindset with track record of delivering critical features
