AIS Testing - MV Switchgear

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in testing MV panels as per IEC/IS standards and internal quality guidelines.
2. Support basic troubleshooting during testing under supervision.
3. Read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical schematics.
4. Learn about electrical protection systems and relays.
5. Follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices during testing activities.
6. Support the team in preparing panels for customer inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
7. Work with senior engineers to ensure quality and timely dispatch of panels.
8. Participate in continuous improvement (LEAN practices) and suggest ideas.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-outs).
2. Basic understanding of power systems/switchgear preferred.
3. Strong interest in manufacturing and testing roles.
4. Experience: 2-12 years with MV Switch gear AIS.

Skills Required

1. Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and power systems.
2. Ability to read basic electrical drawings (SLD and schematics).
3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
