Airport Staff

We are hiring Airport Ground Staff for airport operations. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent passenger service and ensuring smooth day-to-day airport operations.

The role includes Customer Service, Customer Care, Passenger Handling, Air Ticketing, Check-in Assistance, Boarding Coordination, Baggage Assistance, Flight Information Support, Help Desk Operations, and Passenger Guidance while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• • Assist passengers during check-in and boarding procedures.
• • Provide excellent customer service and customer care.
• • Handle passenger queries professionally and efficiently.
• • Support air ticketing and reservation-related activities.
• • Coordinate baggage handling and passenger assistance.
• • Ensure smooth passenger handling and airport operations.
• • Maintain service quality, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• • Work closely with different airport departments to deliver a seamless travel experience.
