AIRPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Key
Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist hotel guests at the airport in a
  warm and professional manner.


• Coordinate guest airport pick-up and drop-off
  arrangements.


• Verify guest details, flight information, and
  transportation schedules.


• Monitor flight arrivals and departures and coordinate
  transfers accordingly.


• Assist guests with luggage and guide them to the designated
  transportation.


• Maintain effective communication with the Front Office,
  Concierge, Transport, and other hotel departments.


• Handle guest queries and provide accurate information
  about the hotel and available services.


• Ensure all airport-related guest services are delivered
  according to hotel standards.


• Maintain proper records of airport movements,
  transfers, and guest requests.


• Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors to ensure
  timely service.


• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues
  when required.


• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the
  hotel brand positively at all times.

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and
  holidays.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under
  pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Travel
  Tourism, or a related field.


• Previous experience in Front Office, Concierge, Airport
  Representative, Guest Relations, or a similar hospitality role is
  preferred.
