Airport Ground Staff

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle passenger queries, complaints, and special assistance requirements efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all airport safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Support boarding, arrival, departure, and baggage-related activities as assigned.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the airline positively.
