• Assist elderly passengers, families, and passengers requiring special assistance.
• Manage baggage-related queries and coordinate with the appropriate department when required.
• Make timely announcements and provide accurate information about flight schedules and gate changes.
• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and workplace etiquette.
• Follow airport safety, security, and airline operational procedures at all times.
• Handle passenger concerns calmly and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
• Work efficiently in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive, responsible, and customer-focused approach.
