Role: Airline Business Processes – Reservations & Booking, Ticketing & EMD, Inventory
Experience Range: 5 to 7 Years
Location: Chennai / Pune / Indore
Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of airline business processes: Reservations, Booking, Ticketing, EMD & Inventory.
- Understanding of Departure Control Systems, Ancillaries, and Digital Channels (Web/Mobile).
- Experience with airline platforms such as Navitaire, Amadeus, Sabre, GDS, Loyalty, Payments & CRM integrations.
- Ability to analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes for transformation and migration projects.
- Expertise in UAT support, test scenario creation, test data preparation, test execution, and API validation.
- Strong ownership, stakeholder communication, and quality delivery skills.
