Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Duties:

Inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft systems and components in accordance with aviation regulations

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes, engines, avionics, and systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics faults

Ensure aircraft airworthiness and safety before release to service

Follow DGCA / EASA / FAA regulations and maintenance manuals

Record maintenance activities accurately in technical logs and documents

Carry out A-checks, B-checks, C-checks, and component replacements

Test aircraft systems after maintenance or repairs

Ensure proper use and calibration of tools, equipment, and test instruments

Coordinate with flight crew, engineering teams, and quality departments

Adhere strictly to safety procedures and quality standards

Supervise technicians and trainees where applicable

Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance checks

Manage spares, tools, and consumables related to maintenance activities

Report defects, delays, and safety concerns promptly
