Air Freight operations executive , customer service

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage air cargo operations, including booking space, preparing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide quotations for air freight services.
• Prepare and process various documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with IATA regulations and maintain accurate records of all transactions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in air cargo industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of air exports, air imports, DG (Dangerous Goods) handling procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing bills of lading and other relevant documentation.
