Roles and Responsibilities

• Must be adept at Air Export Pricing with experience in customer support also.

• Ensure timely submission of export documents to clients and shipping lines.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries regarding shipment status.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all exports, including tracking numbers and customs clearance details.
  
• Coordinate with customers to obtain necessary documentation and information for exports.
  
• Prepare accurate export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

• Candidates in and around Hebbal Signal preferred.
