About this role
Role & responsibilities
* Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and customers for smooth shipment movement.
* Manage shipment bookings, tracking, and execution.
* Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List
* Arrange eshanchit documents and create AWB
* Ensure timely cargo movement and adherence to delivery timelines.
* Provide shipment updates and resolve customer queries/escalations.
* Prepare operational reports, shipment status reports, and MIS.
Preferred candidate profile
* Strong knowledge of Air Export operations.
* Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance experience.
* Knowledge of AWB, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, and related documentation.
* Experience in airline coordination and shipment tracking.
* Customer service and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with LogiSys, or similar freight forwarding software.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
