AIR Export - Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Complete operational handling and execution of nominated agents business

• Act as a backup to handle the complete operational process of shipments related to the

branch / sales business

• Follow up for payments with nomination shippers and branch shippers. Ensure timely

invoice payments.

• Ensure excellent and on time services to the shippers / airlines and try to get

recommendation from the existing clients for new business.

• Completion of all tasks within the assigned time frame to achieve the department SE

• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth functioning and handling of

shipments.

• Coordination with transporters for on time pick-up and delivery of shipments.
