AIOps Engineer

Role: AIOps Engineer

Experience: 5+ years in monitoring, infrastructure operations, observability, automation, or AIOps implementation roles. Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain AIOps platforms for event correlation, alert enrichment, anomaly detection, and operational analytics.
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms to improve incident creation, routing, and closure workflows.
• Develop dashboards that provide service health, event trends, incident reduction opportunities, and operational insights.
• Create automation scripts and workflows for self-healing, auto-remediation, and repetitive operational tasks.
• Work with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to identify high-volume alerts and convert them into actionable intelligence.
• Support root cause analysis by correlating events across infrastructure, applications, network, and cloud components.
• Continuously tune monitoring thresholds, correlation rules, suppression logic, and noise reduction patterns.
• Document AIOps workflows, integration designs, operational procedures, and knowledge articles. Required Technical Skills
