Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AI Web Designer with Knowledge of Video editing and encoding. CSS knowledge preferred. to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing a new website using AI-based design tools, managing website development technologies, setting up online video players, and migrating video content from an existing website to a new platform.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of web design, basic web development, video encoding, video management, and basic video editing skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Design & Development

• Design and develop a new website using AI-based website design and development tools.
• Create responsive, user-friendly website layouts and pages.
• Use HTML, CSS, and other basic web development technologies to customize website designs.
• Work with WordPress and manage website content, themes, and plugins.
• Use PHP and SQL for basic website functionality and database-related tasks, where required.
• Test website functionality, responsiveness, and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Identify and resolve basic website design and development issues.

2. AI-Based Design Tools

• Use AI-powered website design and development tools to accelerate website creation.
• Generate and customize website layouts, design elements, and content using AI tools.
• Integrate AI-generated designs into the website and refine them using HTML and CSS.
• Stay updated with emerging AI-based web design tools and technologies.

3. Online Video Player Installation & Management

• Install, configure, and manage online video players on the website.
• Ensure smooth video playback across desktop and mobile devices.
• Configure video player settings and troubleshoot playback issues.
• Integrate video players with the website's content management system, where required.

4. Video Encoding & Migration

• Migrate video content from an existing website or legacy MP4-based platform to the new website.
• Use video encoding tools and software to prepare videos for the new platform.
• Understand video formats, codecs, resolutions, bitrates, and compression settings.
• Ensure video quality is maintained while optimizing file sizes and playback performance.
• Organize and upload video files, ensuring that titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and other available metadata are properly maintained.
• Verify migrated videos to ensure they play correctly on the new website.
• Troubleshoot video conversion, uploading, and playback issues.

5. Video Review & Basic Editing

• Review and go through existing videos on the current website as part of the migration process.
• Perform basic video editing, trimming, cutting, and formatting wherever required.
• Prepare videos for uploading and playback on the new platform.
• Use video editing software to make basic corrections and adjustments.
• Maintain proper organization of video files and related content throughout the migration process.

6. Preferred Tools & Technologies

Hands-on experience with AI-powered website development tools such as Lovable, Bolt.new, Framer AI, and Replit; AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT; design tools such as Figma and Wizard; and video processing tools such as FFmpeg, HandBrake, Shutter Encoder, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, PHP, SQL, and online video player integration is preferred.

• SQL / Database Management: Basic knowledge of SQL and website databases.
• Video Players: Experience installing, configuring, and managing online video players.
• Video Encoding: Familiarity with video encoding, compression, formats, codecs, and conversion tools.
• Video Migration: Experience migrating video content from an existing platform to a new website.
• Video Editing: Basic editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, QuickTime Pro, or similar software.
• Video Formats: Familiarity with MP4 and other commonly used video formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• A certificate in AI-based web design, AI-powered website development, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant practical experience or a portfolio of websites developed using AI tools will be given preference.
• Experience managing video-heavy websites or migrating large video libraries will be an advantage.
