Rojgar With Ankit (RWA) is one of Indias leading education platforms for competitive government examination preparation. We are expanding our Growth and Creative team to build high-performing ads for our courses and help more students find the right preparation. ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring an AI Video Editor to create AI-generated and AI-assisted advertisements that make students stop, understand our courses and take action. You must be highly proficient in Google Veo and excellent at prompting, and able to turn a creative brief into a complete, convincing paid ad rather than a collection of disconnected AI clips.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create end-to-end AI video ads for Meta, YouTube and other paid platforms using Google Veo and professional editing tools.
• Write and refine detailed prompts for scenes, characters, camera movement, visual style, lighting, dialogue, audio and continuity.
• Generate multiple ad concepts and variations quickly, with distinctive hooks, stories, formats and CTAs.
• Combine AI-generated footage with faculty clips, course visuals, captions, sound design and conventional edits when appropriate.
• Build reusable prompting and production workflows that improve speed, quality and consistency.
• Work with the Performance Creative Strategist, scriptwriters and Growth team to iterate based on real ad results.
• Quality-check visuals, voices and claims; do not fabricate student testimonials or misleading faculty endorsements.
