AI Video Editor / Video Content Creator (Freelancer only)

Group G is looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Editor / Video Content Creator to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills and be comfortable using AI tools to create engaging, high-quality video content for real estate projects, social media, marketing, and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and create engaging videos for real estate projects, social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Use AI video generation and editing tools to create creative and visually appealing content.
• Convert raw footage, images, project information, and concepts into professional videos.
• Create short-form content such as Reels, Instagram videos, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and project walk throughs.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, text, music, voiceovers, and other elements as required.
• Work closely with the marketing and management teams to understand content requirements.
• Manage the complete video production process from concept to final output.
• Stay updated with the latest AI video generation, editing, animation, and content creation tools.
• Ensure videos are delivered within timelines and meet required quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 510 years of relevant experience in video editing/content creation.
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia or similar platforms will be preferred.
• Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
• Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple video projects.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio/showreel will be preferred.
