Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an AI Video Editor, Motion Designer, and Graphic Designer. The role involves planning and producing video content from concept to final delivery, including footage selection, AI-assisted editing, and post-production refinement. The professional will create motion graphics, visual effects, and graphic assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives for digital, social media, and marketing channels. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams, developing storyboards, applying video color grading, optimizing content for multiple platforms, and maintaining a consistent visual identity. The role also requires staying updated on design trends, AI tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including end-to-end content creation and post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to enhance visual tone, consistency, and overall aesthetic.
• Expertise in Motion Graphics, including creation of animated elements, titles, and transitions for various formats.
• Solid experience in Graphics design, with the ability to produce brand-aligned visuals for digital and print assets.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant AI-based editing/design tools).
• Ability to interpret briefs, develop storyboards, and translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Media, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating content for automotive, technology, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
