AI Transformation Lead

We are looking for a hands-on AI transformation leader-

ideally someone who has operated as a consultant before moving into startups — to embed within VisionSure . You will sit with each function, observe real workflows, structure our organisational knowledge, build AI skills and agents across teams, and progressively shift us toward an AI-first way of operating.

Product Strategy and Vision

• Collaborate closely with teams to understand business goals, challenges, workflows, identify inefficiencies
• Define and drive VisionSure’s AI transformation roadmap aligned with business goals & metrics

Organisational Knowledge Architecture

• Structure organisational knowledge and processes into AI-ready systems
• Build shared intelligence layers to power AI-enabled workflows across teams
• Deliver practical AI capability-building sessions tailored to functional needs

AI Solution Development and Prototyping

• Experiment with and apply everyday AI to solve real business problems
• Evaluate and select the right AI tools, and platforms for different use cases
• Rapidly prototype and validate AI solutions for feasibility and business impact

Productionisation, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement

• Own end-to-end AI solution deployment from prototype to production
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, robustness, fairness, and business impact

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+years of experience, with at least 2 years as a consultant and 12 months building with AI
• Demonstrated ownership of problems from start to finish and getting things done
• Must have used AI to solve production problems and delivered measurable business value — not pilots that never landed
• Hands-on Tooling: Demonstrated experience evaluating and deploying AI tools, models, and platforms Experience in Insurance or FinTech is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
